Originally from Zimbabwe and now based in Portugal, Ahmed studied in South Africa before beginning his career at a fast-growing recruitment and HR company. There, he gained hands-on experience in operations through process design and optimisation, system implementation and management, automation, data visualisation and vendor management. With a background in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, he brings a structured, people-focused approach to operations, helping teams reduce friction and work more effectively.
