Jay is driven by helping others in delivering a successful project, whether through using his programming skills to automate tasks or devising project controls solutions provide the right data at the right time to make decisions.
On any project he works on, he aims to form lasting relationships, grounded in respect, honesty, and trust. From a technical side, he prioritises setting things up correctly over pursuing short-term success, focusing on creating solutions that offer benefits for the long-term.
Originally from Luxembourg, Jay has spent about half of his life living abroad. After studying Project Management in Ireland and England, he started working as a project scheduler / planner on some major public infrastructure projects in London. Being multilingual proved to be very beneficial when he moved Germany to work on one of Germany's biggest engineering projects. With his experience working in and setting up project controls functions he's able to develop flexible solutions that anticipate projects' future needs.

Moved into his grand-dad's 200 year old house and started renovating it room by room. Learning as he goes along from YouTube and asking lots of questions.
Loves rock climbing, being in nature and expanding his woodworking workshop.
