


Karen is deeply committed to mental health accessibility and is fueled by a strong passion for lifelong learning. Her natural curiosity and love for growth drive her to constantly explore new knowledge and ways to better serve others.
One of her proudest accomplishments is founding the KAAGAPAY: Free Community Mental Health Program, which provides access to psychological services in remote areas of her province (Batangas). This initiative reflects her heart for service and her mission to bring mental health support closer to those who need it most.
Karen is a candidate for a PhD in Counseling Psychology, a graduate of MA in Clinical Psychology, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Forensic Psychology. Her academic and professional journey reflects her dedication to deep, multidisciplinary expertise in mental health care.
Beyond her clinical work, Karen enjoys singing, dancing, and watching anime (Naruto), her favorite. She is also a proud dog mom to three dogs and treasures her downtime spent with her nephews, who bring joy and balance to her busy life.
