Becca believes that human connection and friendship are the key to a great working relationship and is passionate about getting to know everyone she works with on a personal level. Also, motivated by taking on new challenges and self-improvement, Becca is always keen to learn new skills and have new experiences in her personal and professional life.
After leaving University, Becca joined the UK Ministry of Defence as a Human Physiologist, leading research studies focusing on Women’s Health and becoming a named author on fifteen scientific papers in the topic! More recently, Becca took a career change and moved departments to take over the operations and logistics for the British Army’s new Human Performance capability.

A dedicated Army wife, and mum to 11 month old Elliot, Becca spends her free time exploring the new places the family are sent to live (and packing up boxes ready for the next move!). Becca also enjoys riding horses and going for long walks with her Dalmatian, Sprocket.
Fun fact: Despite being only 160cm tall, Becca was a 100m and 400m Hurdler in her University days.
