A proud Colombian with Italian roots, Carolina started her journey as a site manager before working her way across Europe managing high-value construction and logistics projects. From luxury villas in Switzerland to industrial buildings in Italy and Spain, she’s proud of building trust just as solid as the structures she’s helped deliver.
Carolina holds a bachelor’s in architecture from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia and a M.Sc. in Resource Efficiency in Architecture and Planning from HafenCity University in Germany.
Carolina speaks Spanish, Italian, and English fluently, has a good grasp of German and is currently learning French—because why stop at four languages? When she’s not planning construction timelines, she’s planning unforgettable trips, spontaneous hikes, and dinner parties with friends. She and her partner even created their own aperitif, Ysola Spirit, inspired by Sicilian flavors. Her non-negotiable daily ritual? A good yoga session to stay grounded through it all.
