DBJ gets great enjoyment from being involved in the development of others and building meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients. He also thrives on complexity, enjoying the process required to fully understand complex systems, in turn enabling improved construction efficiency and quality.
Born in Australia, most of DBJ’s adult life has been spent there however, as a half Brit; a return to the motherland was inevitable. He has spent 5yrs in the UK observing the nuances between Australian, British and European construction methodologies.
DBJ wears many hats, having worked on-site for general contractors, subcontractors and more recently as a client-side project manager and planning manager. This well-rounded experience gives him a great wholistic view of construction projects.

DBJ’s first car was a retired fire engine used to fight bushfires in regional Australia in the 1970’s.
