


Elizabeth is motivated by solving problems and improving how things work. She enjoys turning complex or messy data into clear, useful insights that support better decision making. She is naturally curious and driven by learning, particularly when it comes to developing her technical skills and finding more efficient ways of working.
Elizabeth started her career in Project Controls through a degree apprenticeship, gaining hands on experience on a major infrastructure project. Over the past three years, she has developed strong experience in reporting, data analysis, and project performance tracking.
She has supported key reporting cycles and contributed to improving how project data is structured and communicated with stakeholders. Alongside this, she successfully completed her degree while working full-time, which she considers a significant personal achievement.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys staying active and trying new things, from indoor skydiving to ice skating and aerial fitness, and is always keen to take on a new challenge.
