Elsie was born and raised in Batangas City, Philippines. She is a Mechanical Engineer with over 10 years of experience as a Planner and Scheduler across Oil and Gas, EPCM, Solar, and BESS, supporting projects globally in North America, Taiwan, India, and the Philippines.
Her experience spans both maintenance and project environments, from gas turbine shutdowns to the fabrication of LERS and construction of BESS projects, giving her a well-rounded perspective from day-to-day operations to large-scale project delivery. She transitioned to a remote setup in 2021, supporting utility-scale solar power plants in North America.
Through her work, she has met people from different cultures and truly values the friendships she has built along the way.
Elsie holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Batangas State University and is currently working towards PMP certification.
