Throughout his career, Guillermo Barbero Andreu has been involved in major international construction and infrastructure projects in highly demanding environments. He has gained extensive experience across planning, project controls, construction delivery, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Among the most significant projects he has contributed to are the Riyadh Metro, one of the world's largest urban transport developments, the redevelopment of Santiago Bernabéu Stadium for Real Madrid CF, and the development of a hyperscale data center campus delivered within a complex EPC environment. These experiences have enabled him to build a strong understanding of large-scale project delivery and the successful coordination of diverse stakeholders across all phases of construction.
These projects enabled Guillermo Barbero Andreu to develop strong expertise in integrated project planning, project controls, construction sequencing, stakeholder coordination, subcontractor and contract management, and the integration of critical infrastructure, including 66/20 kV electrical substations, into overall construction strategies.
Working on fast-paced international projects with demanding schedules and multiple interfaces has strengthened both his technical expertise and organizational capabilities. These experiences have equipped him with the ability to manage complexity, coordinate diverse stakeholders, and contribute effectively to the successful delivery of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.
