Marvin is motivated by the opportunity to learn, improve, and contribute in a meaningful way. He enjoys being part of a team and helping bring clarity to complex situations, while continuing to develop both his technical skills and how he works with others.
Born and raised in Bacolod, Philippines, Marvin later moved to Manila to study Civil Engineering at Mapúa University. He started his career in construction planning, gaining experience across different types of projects including residential, commercial, healthcare, education, and defence. Along the way, he has had the chance to work in both contractor and consultancy environments, which has helped him better understand how projects come together from different perspectives.
He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Mapúa University and has worked as both a Planning and Control Engineer and a Planning Consultant. Through these roles, he has supported teams with project planning, coordination, and keeping things on track, while continuing to build his experience across a range of projects and industries.
Outside of work, Marvin is interested in technology whenever he gets the chance, especially tools that make everyday tasks simpler and more efficient. He also enjoys spending time with people around him and looks forward to opportunities to relax, connect, and have a good time with others.
