Due to his interest and thirst to learn civil engineering and project management, he decided to pursue his Masters of Engineering in Construction Engineering and Management from a well-standardized university in India. It took him eight years to get skilled and perfectly trained for project management roles and responsibilities. During his professional journey, he came across the traditional (Waterfall) project cycle and mastered construction management.
Born In India and had his complete education till master’s from India. Worked at Holding companies from India and Kuwait.
He has experience in Smart city projects such as shopping malls, Residential apartments with SKI, Hotel and 1200 cars accommodated parking at Sohar, Oman, and Tourism development projects like Beach villas, Water Villas and its amenities in Maldives. In part of Prosys Kuwait, he presented the feasibility study for Trolley Management and Vertical carousel for Kuwait International Airport, Passenger Terminal T4.
Due to his enthusiasm in project management, he decided to do PMP-PMI Certification. He was more attracted to agile and planned to introduce Agile in Prosys and increase the business value of the product owner in an iterative and Incremental way. He introduced Agile Mindset to Prosys Kuwait in April 2023. As a part of the Mindset, he coached and mentored team into a self-organized and cross-functional team, which increased the company profit by a solid 20% within 3 months.
