Francesco is driven by the belief that every day is an opportunity to become a better version of himself. He is motivated by the idea of adding a small but meaningful piece to the person he is building over time, while always looking for the positive in whatever life brings his way. In work, he takes a continuous learning approach, seeing growth as essential to solving problems more effectively and consistently improving how he operates. Curiosity and ambition are at the core of his mindset, pushing him to keep learning, keep improving, and keep raising the standard of what he can achieve.
Francesco was born in Florence and studied Building Engineering at the University of Florence. Even during his studies, he started working early to build practical experience and develop a more hands-on understanding of the working world. His experience includes projects ranging from the BIM-based renovation of historic monuments to design support, project control, and site supervision on industrial and residential developments, as well as collaboration on research projects with the university.
