Santiago is driven by the challenge of turning complexity into clarity. He thrives in fast-moving and uncertain environments, helping teams understand where they stand and what to do next. Naturally curious, he enjoys learning and exploring how data and new technologies can improve the way projects are delivered.
Santiago has a background in electronic engineering and brings 15 years of experience in complex project environments. His work has taken him to extreme conditions, from remote desert locations to high-altitude sites, shaping his adaptability along the way.
Over time, he moved into broader roles across project controls, performance, and PMO, with a focus on connecting cost, schedule, and risk. Alongside this, he has taught at the university level and served on an academic panel evaluating candidates for professor positions, representing students based on academic performance.
He also explored entrepreneurship early on, strengthening his sense of ownership and business perspective.
Santiago holds an Argentinean Engineering degree, along with an Executive MBA and an MBA in Entrepreneurship, both obtained in Bilbao. He has also completed certifications in project management and data analysis, supporting his interest in combining project delivery with data-driven thinking.
Santiago enjoys reading and learning across a wide range of topics, with a strong interest in philosophy, business, and decision-making. He plays chess and spends his weekends playing beach volleyball in Barcelona.
Outside of that, he enjoys cooking and often takes charge of the grill when spending time with friends, bringing a touch of Argentine asado culture wherever he goes.
